About Prime Sculpting
Osaria has a long history of working in the art and crafts industry in the UK and abroad. Her sculpting work has developed behind the scenes as running larger crafts workshops takes most of her time.
As her collection of sculptures has quietly grown, it is now being shown in public for the first time.
Osaria continues to be engaged in running a plaster workshop globally renown for excellence and highest levels of craftsmanship as well as making waxes at her local foundry.
New Bronzes will come out alongside this busy life.
“I am very lucky to have the support of a team of excellent crafts men and women to assist on any, but in particular larger projects. Our combined skill in mould making and casting in all available materials makes us very versatile.”
While a good master sculpture is essential, the lifting, mould making, transport etc. is paramount to a successful execution of a project.
Additionally the already existing production line for the casting and shipping of smaller sculptures is an essential background for the successful and timely delivery of purchased sculptures.
Osaria historically comes from a visual arts background and is finding in particular the combination of bronze sculptures with a coloured patina very rewarding.
